The UK Teen Throwdown & The Next Generation is Back – With a Twist!
October 18th, 2025
As the UK’s Teen CrossFit community continues to explode, we’re witnessing a powerful shift—athletes who’ve been lifting, learning, and lunging since they were knee-high are now competing alongside teens who’ve only just discovered the barbell.
And that changes everything.
This year, we’re evolving the competition to make it fair, fun, and fiercely competitive for every young athlete—whether they’ve just finished their first 6 months or they’re training twice a day and dreaming of the Games.
The 2025 Categories:
8–11 Pairs – Any gender combination (MM / FF / MF)
12–13 Singles – Mixed gender category
14–17 Female – Scaled
14–17 Female – RX
14–17 Male – Scaled
14–17 Male – RX
